All Knowing ("we", "us") operates allknowing.net, a sports betting research and picks service. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at allknowingek@gmail.com.
This policy explains what information is collected when you use our website, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to allknowing.net only. Third-party platforms we use (such as Whop and Discord) operate under their own privacy policies, linked below.
02The short version
- Our website is a static site. It has no user accounts, logins, or on-site forms, and we do not collect personal information directly through it.
- Payments and subscriptions are handled by Whop. Whop collects your details at checkout under its own privacy policy; we receive only what we need to manage your membership (such as your email and subscription status).
- Our community runs on Discord. Joining is optional and governed by Discord's own terms and privacy policy.
- Like almost every website, our hosting provider records basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) to serve pages and prevent abuse.
- We do not sell your personal information.
03Information we collect
Information collected by third parties on our behalf. When you purchase a subscription, checkout is handled by Whop. Depending on what you provide at checkout, this may include your name, email address, and payment details. Card details go to Whop and its payment processors; we never see or store your card information. We may receive from Whop your email address, username, and membership status so we can provide the service you purchased.
When you join our Discord community, Discord collects information under its own privacy policy. Within the server we can see the profile information you choose to make visible, such as your username.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider automatically logs limited technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, and timestamps. This is standard for operating and securing any website.
Some page resources (fonts, and the performance data shown on our results tracker) are loaded from third-party servers; those providers receive your IP address as part of serving the request (see section 6).
Local storage. The site stores your display theme preference (light or dark) in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device, contains no personal information, and is never transmitted to us.
04How we use information
We use the information described above to provide and manage subscriptions and member access, operate our Discord community, keep the website secure and available, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your membership where necessary.
05Legal bases (UK and EU visitors)
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on: contract (processing needed to provide the subscription you purchase), legitimate interests (running, securing, and improving the website and service), and legal obligation (where we must retain or disclose information by law). Where consent is required for any optional processing, we will ask for it.
06Third-party services

- Google - performance data on our results tracker is served from Google Sheets, and web fonts are served by Google Fonts; your browser contacts Google's servers to load these, which involves your IP address. policies.google.com/privacy

These providers act under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them.
07Cookies
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies ourselves. The embedded Whop checkout and linked third-party services may set cookies necessary for their functionality, for example to process a purchase securely. Your browser settings let you control or delete cookies. The only thing our own site stores on your device is the theme preference described in section 3.
08Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above (to run the service), professional advisers where necessary, and authorities where required by law. If the business is ever transferred, information may transfer with it, subject to this policy.
09International transfers
We are based in the United Kingdom; our audience and service providers are global. Providers such as Whop, Discord, and Google process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where UK or EU law applies to those transfers, they are protected by safeguards such as adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses implemented by those providers.
10Data retention
We keep membership-related information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Hosting logs are retained by our hosting provider on short rolling schedules. Data held by Whop, Discord, and Google is retained under their own policies.
11Your rights
UK and EU residents have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of their personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also complain to your supervisory authority - in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
To exercise any right, email allknowingek@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the timeframes required by law. Requests concerning data held by Whop or Discord may need to be made to those platforms directly; we will point you in the right direction.
12Age restriction
All Knowing provides betting-related content and is intended for adults. The service is not directed at anyone under 18 (or the legal age for gambling-related content in your jurisdiction, if higher), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information in connection with our service, contact us at allknowingek@gmail.com and we will delete it.
13Security
We rely on reputable providers (hosting, Whop, Discord) with industry-standard security practices, and we limit the personal information we hold to the minimum needed to run the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
