01Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of allknowing.net and any subscription, content, or community access provided by All Knowing ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website, purchasing a subscription, or joining our community, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. 02The service
All Knowing publishes sports analysis and betting selections ("picks") for NBA and MLB player props, built on statistical models. Subscribers receive access to picks and discussion through our private Discord community, and our website displays our historical performance record.
We are an information and research service only. We are not a bookmaker, casino, or gambling operator; we do not accept, place, or facilitate bets; and we do not handle betting funds.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher minimum age that applies to gambling-related content in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Sports betting is regulated differently around the world. You are solely responsible for ensuring that betting, and your use of betting-related information, is legal where you live. Do not use the service where doing so is unlawful.
04Not advice - no guarantees
All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not financial, investment, or legal advice, and nothing we publish is a recommendation tailored to your circumstances. No outcome is guaranteed. Past performance, including the statistics displayed on our tracker, is not a guarantee or reliable indicator of future results. Betting involves risk, including the loss of your entire stake. Every betting decision you make is your own, and you accept full responsibility for it.
Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, free confidential support is available from organisations such as GambleAware (begambleaware.org) in the UK and the National Council on Problem Gambling (ncpgambling.org) in the US.
05Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Whop, our third-party checkout and membership platform, at the price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your Whop account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We may change prices; changes take effect from your next renewal after reasonable notice.
06Refunds
Because a subscription gives immediate access to digital content, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right that would otherwise apply (including under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU rules). Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Initiating a fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of access.
07Intellectual property and acceptable use
All content we produce - including picks, analysis, data, graphics, and the All Knowing name and branding - is our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to view the content while your subscription is active.
You must not share, forward, screenshot, repost, resell, scrape, or otherwise redistribute picks or member content to non-subscribers, share or resell your access, or use our content or data to build or support a competing service. Doing any of these results in immediate termination without refund and may lead to legal action.
08Community conduct
Access to the Discord community is part of the subscription, and Discord's own terms and policies also apply there. We may remove content or suspend or ban members who are abusive or harassing, who leak or redistribute content, who spam or promote other services, or who otherwise disrupt the community, with or without prior notice.
09Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, and no refund is due for the remainder of a billing period ended for breach. If we permanently discontinue the paid service, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
10Third-party services
The service relies on third-party platforms, including Whop (checkout and membership) and Discord (community), and the website may link to external sites. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or conduct.
11Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any data is free of mistakes.
12Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that: we are not liable for betting or gambling losses of any kind; for loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity; or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
13Changes to the service or these terms
We may modify the service or update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on the website or in the Discord community, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to a change, cancel before your next renewal.
14General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms; we may assign ours as part of a business transfer.
15Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales - except that, if you are a consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections, and any right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, that applicable law gives you.
